If you have a strong understanding of the Companies Act 2016, possess good communication skills, and are capable of managing corporate compliance matters, this role is perfect for you.
You’ll work closely with directors, prepare statutory documents, and ensure the smooth and legal functioning of clients’ businesses.

Requirements:

• Preference will be given to candidates who hold a licensed company secretary qualification.

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Knowledge of SSM online submissions is an advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Malay, or Chinese.

2️⃣ Accounting Assistant – Multiple Vacancies

As an Accounting Assistant, you will assist in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and tax filing for clients across various industries.
This role provides excellent exposure for fresh graduates who wish to grow in the accounting profession.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Familiar with accounting software (AutoCount / SQL / Excel).
